"Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story", my Adventure Game Hotspot review!
Read my full review on Adventure Game Hotspot!
Excerpt: "Snooping in adventure games has always been a favorite pastime of mine, and Lost & Found certainly scratches that itch once again. While it only takes a couple hours to explore all the cabins on board the Orpheus, I was completely immersed by the beautiful cinematography of the cutscenes and the performances of the voice cast. There’s not much challenge in catching this high seas thief, and it’s a shame that any choices you make, or even how well you clean the cabins, doesn’t really seem to matter in the end. But the story is certainly well-written and the main puzzle is a rewarding little deduction exercise. Whether or not you’re already a fan of This Bed We Made, this is a short but fun encore that will make you wish it was a much longer cruise and leave you eager to see where Sophie Roy could end up, as teased in the finale."

Since I wasn't able to complete my task in time - putting a moustache on a statue on top of a tower - they kicked me out of the fraternity, leading to a game-over. Problem was, I had just figured out how to get the final spell I needed to be able to climb the statue, but I ran out of time...

| Lola's gratitude for rescuing her in the first game seems to be depleted... |
There's one more game left in this series, Spellcasting 301. I dare not think about it yet, but I will play it eventually. First up are a couple more recent games, probably, starting with Near-Mage which I didn't get around to in 2025. And next in line on my list of classics is a different Legend Entertainment title, Time Quest! Which I've heard should be more forgiving in one regard, but ultimately more complex in another...
